Oncomfortabel door knop die je ingedrukt moet houden
Goed maar ik snap niet dat hij niet aan blijft. Je moet de aan/uit-knop de hele tijd ingeduwd houden en dat gaat op een gegeven moment zeer doen aan mijn hand. Dus 2 sterren minder want het maakt het comfortabele stofzuigen zonder draad daardoor weer minder comfortabel.Of doe ik toch iets verkeerd?

Es una aspiradora con muy bueno diseño y buenos materiales. Ves que no es simple, está pensada al detalle. Sí que es verdad lo que se comenta, la batería en modo aspiración potente dura unos 45’, pero es cuestión de organizarse. No pesa nada y aspira mucho, para mí es un gusto usarla (acostumbrada a la grande que va enchufada…).

I bought the Dyson V8 Absolute to replace a SunSare cordless which worked okay for around three months before the motorised head decided to seize up solid. The same thing happened to a Smoture before that and it also lasted around three months. Luckily, Amazon refunded me on both occasions as neither SunSare nor Smoture would answer to their guarantee. So, I decided to go back to a Dyson which I have used for over twenty years. Their products are a bit pricey but the quality in materials is obvious once out of the box. In addition, the guarantee and accessibility to Dyson direct is very good. I noticed straight away that the suction on the V8 is comparative to a corded Dyson and the range of tools included with the absolute is excellent. The cleaning power is impressive compared with the other two cordless vacuums I had previously of which seem to pick up dirt and animal hairs, but this I guess is due to the fast spinning head which lifts out the dust and stuff ready for a very weak in comparison suction. No wonder they don’t do additional tools as they would be utterlyineffective to vacuum out your car for instance. Anyway, I was very pleased with the quality, lightness, ease of use, great canister emptying system, range of tools and the very powerful suction. Now comes the sting. After just two uses cleaning the whole house, it was as dead as a dodo with a fully charged battery. I contacted Dyson via phone and after a short wait, I got through to the person who could help me. They ran a series of tests with the trigger and observation of red lights to determine that a fault had occured with the battery. I was offered to either send it all back to Amzon or wait a few days for an upgraded new replacement battery. As I’ve got rather fed up sending back two previous vacuums, I opted for the battery replacement. I just hope this is the correct path to take. To conclude, the Dyson is a much better machine with good aftersales support compared to the other two brands I had previously. However, I do feel that I am jinxed with cordless vacuums.

An absolute game changer. No electric cord getting in the way. Very powerful on carpets especially for those with animals. Easy to empty due to it’s small canister. No more going outside in the cold to use the dustbin. Clicks back into the charging station once finished. Hangs on the wall and isn’t in the way. Makes housework so more enjoyable.
